Thank you for shopping at Ellee Couture Boutique. As mentioned under each product, website and Instagram, please allow us to assist you to pick your perfect headpiece.  We can do a live video chat on Instagram and Facetime.  Feel free to visit our Styling Assistance Page or Contact Us with any questions.  Here are our policies. 

Exchange Only Policy (No Returns):

We want our Ellee Brides and Clients to be very happy with their purchase. We do allow exchanges ONLY.  It is very important to reach out to us within 24 hours from receiving your package so that we can accommodate you. We only allow 10 days for you to return your item(s) back to us from the time it was delivered. We must receive your items in perfect condition to be eligible for an exchange. So make sure to pack it well and use a shipping method with tracking to ensure receiving the items within the policy timeframe.

Exchanges are handled as follows: 

  • Reach out to us within 24 hours from the delivery of your package.
  • The items must be returned to us and received within 10 days of your delivery date to accommodate your exchange.
  • Send back the items with the original packing materials, promotional gifts and original tags. Make sure you pack the items very well so it does not get damaged during shipping.
  • If promotional gifts are not returned, we will deduct the full retail price of each promotional gift item. If exchange is requested, new promotional gifts will not be shipped.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping back costs. Please use a shipping method with a tracking system to ensure delivery. Please email us the tracking information so we can keep an eye for it.
  • The new exchanged items have to be of equal or higher value of the original purchase.
  • There is a $25 charge the buyer is responsible for on all exchanges except if the exchange is for 1 or 2 earrings, the charge is $15. The charge will cover re-packaging, re-shipping and restocking expenses for exchanging the items.  
  • Once the returned items are received in perfect condition, we will initiate the exchange process.
  • If the items are damaged, have been worn or received after 10 days of the delivery date, the order will not be eligible for an exchange and will be returned to you.
  • We will do our best to assist you in picking your perfect headpiece by answering any of your questions and/or having live video sessions to show you the different headpieces in real time. We can also model the headpiece for you and share extra information about each headpiece before your purchase. So buying one or more headpieces to try them on for your hair trial will be considered used and will no longer be eligible for an exchange.  
  • Purchasing multiple headpieces with the intention to try them on and return them will not be accommodated.  
  • Only one (1) exchange will be accommodated.
  • We will ship the new exchanged item(s) back to you free of charge.
  • We will honor the original discounts or promotions that were available at the time of your original purchase.
  • Item(s) refers to any product sold on the website such as headpieces, crowns, tiaras, headbands, hair combs, jewelry sets, earrings, bracelets or other products referenced by any other name.

Shipping within the United States:

  • All orders will have FREE Shipping within the United States of America available.
  • Expedited and Express shipping options are available during checkout.
  • We carry all items in stocks. In case an item is out of stock, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be shipped to you. We will reach out to you within 2 business days to let you know and assist you with any questions you may have.
  • Custom headpieces may take 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. This will depend on the design and changes being requested. We will inform you of the expected ship by date when you place your order.
  • Expedited and Express shipping counts shipping days as business days only. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
  • We utilize UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL as our shipping methods. We reserve the right to select the Free Shipping method.
  • Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to weather, pandemics (i.e. COVID-19) or other carrier delays that are out of our control. So please plan your purchase early.

Missing Packages or Lost Packages (United States): 

  • Reach out to the carrier immediately to have them assist you in locating your package.  Go personally to the post office / carrier office for quicker and immediate attention.
  • If your package is lost or stolen after it has been SCANNED as DELIVERED by the postal service or carrier, Ellee Couture Boutique is not liable as it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure a secure and safe shipping or delivery address is provided.
  • We offer Signature Required option that you can select during check out if you have a concern about security of your package once it is delivered,  Please note, you will have to pick up your package directly or arrange a re-delivery with the carrier if no one was at available to sign for the package.

    International Shipping:

    • We ship from the US
    • Worldwide Shipping is available and can be selected during checkout. We offer UPS and DHL shipping services and will be available per your country.
    • The shipping costs and options will be calculated during checkout. You will have expedited and express shipping options available to select from.
    • We carry all items in stocks. In case an item is out of stock, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be shipped to you. We will reach out to you within 2 business days to let you know and assist you with any questions you may have.
    • Custom headpieces may take 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. This will depend on the design and changes being requested. We will inform you of the expected ship by date when you place your order.
    • Expedited and Express shipping counts shipping days as business days only. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
    • Please be aware that shipping delays could occur due to weather or COVID-19. So please plan your purchase early.
    • It is difficult to predict the customs timing to process the shipment in your country. So please plan your purchase accordingly.
    • Some countries might impose import duties, levies and taxes and tend to vary from country to county. We cannot estimate these fees. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price, type of the item, package weight and dimensions, origin country.

    • If your international package is lost by the carrier or customs, Ellee Couture Boutique is not liable.  All carriers have basic insurance coverage for loss before delivery.  It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the carrier for any claims due to undelivered and lost packages.  
    • If you prefer to add additional insurance for your international package, please reach out to us to assist you.

    Late Deliveries: 

    • Once the package is delivered to the carrier, it is out of our control and it is in the hands of the carrier to deliver the package to you.  Ellee Couture Boutique is not liable for late deliveries by the carrier.
    • Late deliveries could occur due to holidays, weather, pandemic, customs or other unforeseen delays.  It could also occur due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping address so please make sure your address is accurate.
    • Postal services and carries do experience delays especially around holidays. 
    • International packages could experience delays due customs.
    • It is important to order your perfect headpiece early to allow enough time for delivery of your package prior to your event date.
    • It is important to share with us your event date by writing it in the notes section of your shopping cart.  This will notify our team to plan the shipping of your package or contact you if there are questions.
    • We offer express and expedited shipping options during checkout.  Please note express and expedited shipping days are only business days.  Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
    • Ellee Couture Boutique team will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner.  We will also communicate with you if there are any questions about your delivery date to inform you and plan your shipping accordingly.
